Security certifications
The Alpuente tourism portal runs on the Intelligent Destination Platform (PID), developed and managed by SEGITTUR (State-owned Company for the Management of Innovation and Tourism Technologies).
The information systems that support this platform have two certifications that attest that information is protected and managed securely, following national and international reference standards.
Esquema Nacional de Seguridad (ENS) · Categoría MEDIA
El Esquema Nacional de Seguridad, regulado por el Real Decreto 311/2022, establece los requisitos de seguridad que deben cumplir los sistemas de información del sector público en España. Su objetivo es garantizar la confidencialidad, integridad, trazabilidad, autenticidad y disponibilidad de la información y de los servicios.
Los sistemas que dan soporte a la Plataforma Inteligente de Destinos y a la Plataforma de Innovación Abierta han sido auditados y declarados conformes con el ENS en categoría MEDIA en todas sus dimensiones de seguridad.

ISO/IEC 27001 · Information Security Management System
The international standard ISO/IEC 27001 defines how to implement, maintain and continuously improve an information security management system (ISMS). It certifies that the organization identifies its risks and applies controls to protect information.
SEGITTUR’s information security management system is compliant with the UNE-EN ISO/IEC 27001:2023 standard for the systems that support the Smart Destinations Platform and the Open Innovation Platform.
